1% battery stats available without mod

Without testing voltages, we don't know. It was known the Xs stats were 10%. Not sure how this magically gets the X driver to spit out 1% increments now.

He's reading from a system file that I assume everybody else overlooked.

That seems unlikely. No one except him found the system file sending 1% stats?

Other people have found it now. Ill post the full path when I have access to a computer.

Edit: Forgot I had it on my phones clipboard from yesterday. sys/kernel/debug/battery/charge_counter

Edit2: its also worth noteing this doesn't work on all moto phones, the og droid is one of them. Its showing 1% on my X though, & pretty sure it does the same on the D2. No idea about the rest.
