Change CDMA to GSM

Is there a patch to change from CDMA to GSM tecnology?
I have an LG LS660 (Tribute) With Android 4.4. I tried one but my phone in Sytem Recovery mode don't recongize the SD Card (It reads E: Failed to mount /sdcard (Invalid argument) ) and I can't use that patch from another way. Please help me!!!

Welcome to the Forum.

CDMA and GSM are functions of the phone's hardware. Your phone would need to have both radios in order to receive both bands. Your phone does not support GSM.
