oooh,Thats Hot!!!Reminds me of my VZW car mount.I also,likr you,did a little handy work on mine.Didnt want it on windshield,so I bought some small screws,and mounted it,rite bside AC.Now,I can ride down highway and have full access of phone,like yours is now.Good Work. :hail:

Well its mounted to the vent and its pretty sturdy on there. Plus, I have love profile tires and large rims so a pot hole would bend my rims
