KitKat download incomplete

I got the 4.4.2 KitKat download for my S4, but other than a change in the notification bar and a few apps it added, I did not get the other functions (screen, icons, phone changes, etc.). I checked the software and am told I have the most recent update. Is there a way to reload it or some other trick I've missed?

What exactly were you looking for?

After the upgrade I got some additional app download notifications from the Play Store but otherwise I'm not certain what you feel is missing. Who is your carrier?

You should see a change in the printing setting. KitKat provides better support for wireless printing. It's under Connections | More networks. I don't remember seeing a separate Printing setting before.

I have Verizon. Keyboard should change. Phone and contacts should have a different format.

My contacts look the same as does the phone but I'm also on AT&T.
