Question on google music player

Is this the latest google music player with this rom? I swear I saw pictures online of this player with green pins to show if playlist etc are offline or not...

Also i seem to not have the option to make playlist go offline, only individual songs, albums or artists..

Any help would be great, thanks in advance!

Yes I have. I just noticed you can not download the thumbs up playlist or any other you did not directly create. I feel like this is dumb
