What do you use for Messaging?

Interesting....I never knew that. I really liked Chomp the few months I tested it last year. Don't recall why I stopped using it though.

I used to use chomp now I use messaanger chomp still exists

I just disabled all the stock messanger apps to see if that does anything better for performance and left just one

I have found that if I disable the stock messaging on the S6, if I go into Ultra power saving mode I lose the ability to text, as stock is apparently the only one allowed in this mode.

I'm assuming you are taking about textra and the ads. Here is what I see when I use the app. One ad at the top. Not intrusive or bothersome like most ads in apps.

The one thing that bugged me was that I found it would take a little while to load the ad sometimes. So, I'd go to tap my first real conversation & end up tapping the ad that loaded right as my finger was on its way down to the screen.

I've had that happen. Goes to a Facebook login page.
