It should, I can dual boot into Win7 on my mbp. For whatever reason, the nexus toolkit wouldn't work on my mbp or a lil' netbook w/ a replacement nexus...however, it wouldn't root using terminal commands. I think there was a problem w/ the phone.
The toolkit hung up at checking for adb. Wouldn't move on from there.

i asked because i suspect an issue may be hardware address assignment. not sure if u know much about hardware but if an os boots up it usually takes ownership of hardware ... so if win7 is booted as native on a mbp, i.e. not within a virtual environment, then the drivers should all work ok if usb support is implemented properly by apple's windows drivers ....

When you plug in your phone dual booted, a dialog window will pop up asking if you want to connect via OSX or windows. I don't know much about address management, but the virtual win7 machine and win7 net book did the same thing. So, I would guess that's a non issue?
