Under the app names, next to the date are the permissions. See the rw-r-r? That's read write, read, read

You must have some other issue or change causing a problem. Instead of trying to track it down reflashing the phone would be easier. You can download the utility here: [SCRIPT] DROID 4 Utility XT894 Jellybean -- Windows + Mac + Linux (All In One!) - xda-developers You can run the option that doesn't wipe you user data. You would have to root after if you want to be rooted, but that is in the tool too.
