I have had cameras on all my recent phones and there is always shutter lag just like with a point and shoot, however, on my Droid it seems like it takes forever to capture the picture.
I am in normal lighting indoors, no flash. I even moved it from AF to infinity but just as slow.
Does it seem slow to you guys?
