Cannot download apps

Why wont my phone download apps without heaving wifi I never had a problem until I got the update is there a setting somewhere I can change to allow me to download applications without wifi

Go to the Market and check your settings. "Update over Wi-Fi only" may have been checked.

Also make sure your data is enabled in settings>battery & data>data delivery. You also can check in your battery & data, click on "Data Saver" and make sure it is off.
