Can't take screenshots all of sudden

So I was trying to take a screenshot of an email when, all of a sudden, my phone says "Couldn't save screenshot. Storage may be in use." I tried googling it, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Edit: Now I can take screenshots, but when I look at them in my gallery they're just a black picture.

Try formatting your microSD card or internal storage.
