Droid 4 KT Olleh connection problem

So recently my Korean Galaxy S2 decided to die so I switched over my sim card to my Droid 4. When I did this my D4 says the sim is from an unknown source and won't connect to the carrier. If it is possible to fix this that would be fantastic, I really don't feel like paying to repair my S2 at the moment.

My D4 is rooted with JB 4.1.2 if that helps anything at all.
