Recently my droid RAZR has been returning to the lock screen w/ black background & the lock is non functional . I receive calls/texts when this happens but can't answer them .
The phone is stock not running any other launchers & screen is not cracked .
Have done reboots & fdr's when this occurs & still occurs few times throughout the day .
