Here's an in-depth listing of the menu on the Droid3 - took me hours to compile, but it was worth it. Attached is the Word doc so you can put it on your phone for reference and searching.

NOTE – search this document for what you are seeking. There are NOTE- items where the author has commented on the menu item; otherwise, this map is exactly what is presented on the Droid 3 Settings menu – including the mixed case which, to me, points out that some lack of attention to detail. There are several repeated items within the sub-menus as one drills down into the menu tree. There are a very few sub-menus which I did not enumerate because to do so required turning on options that I either didn’t want on my phone or couldn’t do (VPN is an example, as is Accessibility).

I’ve attached this as a word .docx so you can download and save to your phone and search it while using your phone.

This was a huge labor of love that took many hours to document – I hope it is of value to many people!

        • NOTE – dBm is measured in negative numbers, good signal is between -60 and -90 dBm. Each -3 dbm represents a relative change of double strength because decibels is logarithmic measurement scale. The closer the number is to 0, the stronger the signal (-60 is better than -90, -110 is considered ‘lost signal’)
        • NOTE – asu = Active Set Updates which is the rate at which the phone is able to update its location to the towers/radios. In a 3G network, the phone tries to maintain connection to 3 towers/radios at once, allowing it to be located and handed off to the appropriate cell as the phone moves in a car, for example. Although the mobile standards define an ASU message ("Active Set Update") used in handover procedures, on Android phones the acronym ASU has nothing to do with Active Set Update. It has not been declared precisely by Google developers, but it is believed to mean "Arbitrary Scale Unit" or "Android Signal Unit". Anybody else know anything more about this attribute?
