everythings good? even root?

if not, how did you put ezSBF on usb drive?
did you use a F-key to boot from usb drive?

No luck with root. Followed USB directions for ezSBF on the link [TOOL] ezSBF DX2 you provided in first post. Restarted computer, went to BIOS screen using f2 key but did not use any function key to boot directly from USB.

I have a Droid X2 with Eclipse and I didn't make a good bcakup b4 rooting/ flashing. So now I have a new X2 and I would like to back that up without rooting put that backup on the Eclipse droid b4 sending it back to VZW. How can I do that, or can I?

you can't make a good backup before rooting, root is required to make backup
guess you can make backup of eclipse with Clockworkmod recovery and swap sd cards or copy to computer

to get phone to non-rooted stock rom, you need you use SBF
I recommend ezSBF or you can you use RSD Lite
[TOOL] ezSBF DX2
