So a while back when it first hit the web I flashed the Galaxy Nexus/Droid Prime boot animation onto my OG Droid. I've been having all kinds of problems since then including the boot animation continuing much longer than necessary, the phone not having signal when it boots, and finally not being able to boot into recovery. I tried flashing other boot animations over it to no avail. I deleted every file from system/media, flashed a new boot animation, and it was still there. I can't even revert to an old backup because I boot into recovery. Any thoughts on how to get rid of this thing? It was an update.zip when I installed it, so do I need to install a new boot animation the same way? Thanks for your help. Counting the days until the Galaxy Nexus. OG has seen better days.
