Google voice voicemail question

A buddy forwarded a voicemail to my cell phone, and now I have a voicemail notification from VZW. Whenever I go to voicemail, Google voice steps in. How do I get to vzw voicemail to clear it without uninstalling GV?

Awesome, thanks! Do I do anything to to put GV back as default?

Hopefully someone else can answer that for you because I'm not too sure. I don't use GV but had the same issue when I used Youmail and got forwarded a message so I thought it might work.

On a side note here, how long does it usually take to get a Google Voice invite? I signed up a month or two ago and haven't gotten anything...

I've heard it can take a long time. Probably why guys have been getting them off of ebay for a couple of bucks

I think there is thread somewhere people giving invites. I got mine from a techie buddy I know in like an hour.
