help getting dx back to stock

So i had the darkslide rom installed on my dx and i loved it. A few days ago it fell into the toilet. Today, i got my new dx and when i tried to install darkslide again i did something wrong and now i have mostly stock with some aspects of the darkslide rom, like the battery meter and the whole notification pull down. Like an idiot, i forgot to back up everything before i did this. I tried to restore it to factory settings but that didn't do anything. Right now i am just trying to get it back to stock. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can get into CWM Recovery, use the maderstock.zip file. If not, then you can sbf:
