While it is true that the HTC One M8 was a gorgeous upgrade over the HTC One M7, and many of us have been anxiously awaiting the launch of the HTC One M9, that doesn't mean the HTC One M7 should be easily forgotten. In fact, Best Buy has an incredible deal on what was considered by many publications to be the smartphone of the year way back in 2013.

You can pick up this venerable all-star for just $150 OFF contract at Best Buy. Sadly, the only catch is that this is only for the AT&T version of the device. For AT&T users the extra good news is that the phone is available in that slick looking electric blue color.

Here's a link to get you started: HTC One M7 4G with 32GB Memory Cell Phone Blue PN07120 - Best Buy

It's actually available for Verizon too: HTC - One (M7) 4G Cell Phone (Verizon Wireless) - Blue

The Sprint models and the silver versions for AT&T and Verizon are $199. Here's a link to all of the ones on sale: HTC One M7

They pretty much all appear to be sold out online for both AT&T and Verizon. Use Store Pickup to see if they have stock at a local Best Buy.

I saw this yesterday and almost jumped on the Verizon model. It's a darn good price for a solid backup phone or for someone who doesn't need the latest and greatest device out there.

This is very compelling. My only issues are the thick bezels on all sides and no on screen buttons. OTHER THAN THAT...great deal!

And now Sprint's pushing Lollipop to it. Grab 'em up folks! Not a bad idea at all if you wanna save some coin and have an up-to-date OS.
