- Verizon– $199.99 with a two-year contract, or buy it outright for $600, or $25 per month for 24 months with no down payment through Verizon Edge.
- AT&T — $199.99 with a two-year contract, $450 with a one-year contract, $575 without a contract, or $27 per month for 20 months under AT&T Next.
- T-Mobile — Can be purchased with a down payment of $100 and $21 per month for 24 months, or buy it for full price at $603.
