Lock to protect popup

A friend of mine recently got this popup on their phone and we can't figure out what it's coming from or means.

It's the s-health app I know that but what it says doesn't make sense.

Bub, you must have installed an app lock of some type. uninstall it.

Yeah, this was almost a year ago, there was no app lock of any sort, pretty sure it was just a Samsung app bug of some sort.
