Moto WX445

My cuzon just bought a Moto WX445 from Walmart its a prepaid Android phone with Verizon.... And for some reason neither of us can are able to bypass the activation screen, I tried the touching the four corners around the Android but that didn't work... So I was wondering if there is some other way to bypass it and manually activate it.... Sorry, if this is the wrong place for this, but I could find anywhere else to put this, feel free to move this our atleast direct me to the right place
