Phone keeps Saving to internal memory not sd card.

I just upgraded to the x2 from the original DROID. So far I love the phone; however I've noticed it keeps saving everything to the internal memory not the 16 gig card I threw in it. It sees the card and I can access it, but can't find a way to make it my primary storage.

Go to settings, sd card, there's a choice at the bottom to save to sd card

I saw that. Its set to sd card. I also noticed its under the heading "windows media sync". I also cannot transfer apps from my internal to sd card but I believe that's because of 2.2.

Are you rooted? There are plenty of apps to do this if you are.

Im not rooted but im thinking im gonna soon. My DROID wasn't rooted and never had this issue. Is this just an issue with android 2.2?

Wait... are you trying to do camera storage on SD or apps on SD?

Both and neither is working.
