Random "SD Card Damaged" Message From Phone

I recently SBF'd back to stock FroYo from being rooted and running Liquid GB.

Now I am beginning to receive seemingly random messages from the phone telling me that the SD card is damaged. I have been able to get rid of the message by rebooting the phone/and or pulling and re-installing the card.

This is my second 16g card (both from Verizon) for this one year old phone.

Last time I replaced the card, I hadn't even rooted the phone yet.

Any ideas as to what is going on? I doubt Verizon will replace the card again until it completely poops out.

Had the same thing happen to me. The SD would just randomly claim it was damaged. First a reboot would fix it, then it would need me to pull the battery and card and then put them back in, and then eventually only an SBF would fix it. If your phone has liquid damage like mine did then that's definitely the cause
