re-enable crt animation?

That retro crt-style sleep animation... Mine somehow got turned off, and I'm not sure how to get it back... it's not an option in 'developer' or 'display', anyone know where it is?

If you sped up your window transition animation then it disables the CRT animation.

This was fixed in CM7 so I'm assuming that will be true in CM9.
