Rooted Bionic wont turn on after rom installation

I have a problem
After I rooted my Motorola Bionic I tried to installed a rom called Purity 2.4 from my sd card
when it was installed my phone rebooted and got to a animation screen and it just stays there
I wanted to know if there is any way for this to get fix?

Did you flash the base first? And did you make any back ups before you flashed it?

You're going to need to use the R3L3ASEDROOT tool by Dhacker to get back to square one, flash the 2.3 base, let ut settle and then flash the 2.4 update. Purity base is 2.3 and the update is 2.4. The rom download size is 160ish and the update pack (teak) is about 70-80.
