Screen Mirroring not working-Connection Failed message

I purchased the Actiontec Wireless Screenbeam Pro. Hooked it up to TV & turned it on, tapped 'Screen Mirroring' on my S4, adapter shows in the connected devices screen on S4, the adapter verifies security & then "Successfully connected-your device's display will appear on TV shortly". Then I get the "Connection Failed" message on TV & "Screen Mirroring has been turned off" message on my S4.

Seems like it's running into one final roadblock like a firewall. Samsung had me do a factory reset and that didn't work.

I've done some googling, some have said the S4 doesn't have true Miracast and Screen Mirroring only works with their All Share Hub. I've also read where some think the 4.3 update messed up Screen Mirroring. There's even a Patch for other Samsung devices to overcome this problem but the patch is not compatible w/ the S4: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.screenmirroringpatch&hl=en

FYI to other S4 owners who were having Screen Mirroring issues like me, under advise from Samsung I had my "software reflashed" at Best Buy. That solved the issue.
