Is it possible to install a software update via kies air? My original charging cable was chewed through by the cat, and I use a cheap knock off to charge. It works great to charge, but for some reason won't pass information in through the usb. I'd like to be able to check Kies to see if the JB update is out for me yet, but I can't figure out if there's a way to do it via kies air, or if I'm going to have to break down and buy a samsung cable. Any ideas?
