WiFi turning it self on in ICS .2233

I have noticed this several times today at work. I don't use the wifi here, but I have gone into system settings and turned OFF wifi at three times today. Hadn't had this happen until I loaded the ICS leak.
Any thoughts?

all the leaks do this .. and i think its going to be a part of the final release.. you can manually turn that feature off by going into system settings>wifi>advance... then uncheck notify me when wifi available ..first box

Uncheck the notify me option in advanced wifi settings.
