Ok so he's still back on software version 3.26.605.1 And he tried to do the OTA that was like 80something mb just earlier. It said it was rebooting, counted down, then did nothing. We rebooted manually. It still says the same version number and now it says phone is up to date when we go to check for system updates. We've done a lot of playing around with various fixes like cache clear, setting date ahead trying to force an update and other noodling. Sofar nothing. It just says up to date.
So does anyone have the manual .zip files for updating to 4.06 blah blah blah then to 4.08 blah blah blah
