Anyone drop a razr in an Otterbox?

Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone has dropped a razr that was in an otterbox and have it actually survive the fall? I dropped and cracked mine and just got my replacement. I know that these cases are good but with the lame drop that killed my razr, I'm wondering if there are actually any cases that are worth it. TIA!

my defender series protected my phone from a 10ft fall from my hip while on the side of a barn ripping shingles off (btw not the roof the side) it got on the ladder cause i turned funny and it tumbled hit ladder steps hit the ground and survived the fall i couldn't believe but im happy it did lol

3ft in a defender onto concrete am now shopping for replacement parts. defender for sale wasted my money
