I recently filed a claim with asurion for the $29 screen repair service on my note 8 but for the last 2 weeks I keep getting the run around of 'we see x amount of authorized service repair centers in your area but the part is not in stock so check back in 7 days' but they're quick to try to offer me the $199 device replacement next day. Does anyone have any advice or gone through this before ?
