Can the Note 4 connect with a Samsung Smart TV?

Got the Note 4, and I have a 4k 3d UHD Samsung TV. Trying to figure out how to stream/connect to the TV to share photos and videos without a dongle like a Chromecast.

Anyone got any ideas? Samsung Link, AllShare apps are not compatible with the Note 4 through the play store.
