Custom Boot Animation wont work?

Well I first had my boot animation stock, then got a custom rom, and then popped a different boot animation on it. But now I wanted to make a custom boot animation so here was my attempt. I took a vid from youtube, dl'd it, and ran it through quicktime pro to get it into a png sequence at 30 fps. can you guys tell my what I did wrong? it's a bit large I know, could that be the issue?

cant get virus scans because its over 20mb

(EDIT) The video was shortened down to 18 seconds but I only took like 10 or so.

I got it to work; the only thing I did was edit the desc.txt so that the lines were separated. Like this:

480 800 30
p 1 0 part0
p 0 10 part1

After that, no issues. Good job on the video, I'd give a disclaimer for those with epilepsy though! J/K
