Desk Dock Charger

Some chargers do not shut off when the phone is fully charged, and I understand leaving them plugged in will ultimately destroy the battery. Is that the case with the desk dock?

:welcome: to the forum djester Leaving your droid in the dock is fine. It stops charging itself when the battery level is at 100%.

IIRC the charger doesn't really matter as the Droid will stop charging when it's full.

this makes me happy. i am ALWAYS worried about over charging my batteries on my portable electronics ever since i learned about it. my old phone had a swelled battery and was only lasting me about 2 hours...it was horrible.
