My droid bionic is stuck in boot failure is there a way to fix to fix it

What exactly is the error message? When does the error message show? Can you take a picture of it? We need more information.

Edit: Factory reset

That's truly the only option at this point. You need to find a charged battery.

Well, apparently nothing showed up.

It says boot failure cannot program and low battery and I can't tell how charged is it since its stuck on that
