Which model Unimax phone is it? There are 19 different models. Please see Products - UMX and find your phone in the picture window by scrolling left or right. Then post the model number here in a reply and I will help you get it reset.

Above is right on all counts. This is why forums provide such a great benefit to users. In fact we as staff try to be helpful but far more often than not it's other members that come up with the best or most effective solution.

What I was trying to do was provide a turnkey solution specific to the exact phone and user. So my focus was to solve one person's dilemma. The solution provided by @Bernice_Richardson is a solution that can be applied by many. I applaud the response.

Let's hope the OP finds their answer either here or elsewhere.
