Ouch. Yeah. I'd say that pretty much confirms that you bought a fake one. Or, at the very least, one that's been heavily tampered with. But my money's on knock-off.

I'm not saying a "knock-off" wouldn't work, but given the fact that Straight Talk told you no, I'd go with their advice.

This will tell you everything about the device! Also a screenshot of the hardware section will help us!

Your looking for the processor, if it says MT****/ then it's a clone. If it's not, it will say qcom or exynos.

It it isnt a clone, then I can help you repair it if that's what your looking for.
