Hello! Transfer data without computer.

Readers,
I am new to this forum and to android. I don't have a computer and I need to transfer data from a 2gb sd card, to an 8gb sd card. Is there. any way to do this without losing data and re-downloading?

Upload to dropbox or something similar and then download after swapping cards?

Copy files to internal memory if enough space and swap cards and copy to the new card. Or like other poster advised use a cloud service.
