Is the custom Liberty ADW Launcher the full or trial version?

It's based off the publicly available code which is included in the free version of ADW.

I see, so would getting the paid version add anything?

It would add the ability re-organize the settings menu, customizable dock backgrounds, more screen animations. I forget what other features are currently EX only.
