Lost root after 4.3 update to MJ7

Does anyone know of a process to regain root after OTA 4.3 update phone is now on MJ7 build?

If you look on xda for vroot, you might have a way. But there are quite a few warnings about its security, so I would read about it very carefully before deciding to use it.
