low bluetooth volume with Incredible 2

I have an HTC Droid Incredible 2. This is my first smartphone and I am generally happy with it, with one exception. My Motorola H15 headset, which worked really well with my LG Dare, has such low volume with the Inc2 that I can barely hear it, even when I manually push the earpiece deep into my ear canal while using it. I have raised the volume to the max on the headset itself and raised the in-call volume on the phone to the max, as well. Is there some trick I'm missing? Is there a compatibility issue? Or does the Inc2 just have crappy volume with bluetooth?

I just paired my wife's earpiece with her Dinc2 and it sounded just fine. May just be a compatibility issue like you said. I'd buy a cheap one and if it has the same issue take it back. Then check with vzw and see which one is recommended. Good luck!

I haven't had any problems with my multiple bluetooth devices. Maybe they just don't get along.

I have the same problem + if I'm talking on the phone & I get a text my bt disconnects.
