new ota,will I lose root?

Just got a notification about 20 mins ago of an update on my dna (rooted,rommed,and all that shizzle). Am I risking having to do it all over again by accepting this update? Thanks in advance.

Don't know if you can read it. But all it is its an improvement to the SIM card.
