What's a safe level to OC my phone to? I'm running MIUI 1.9.16, and Tiamat kernel 1.1.3.

With Tiamat the Kernel doesn't need to be clocked high to perform well if using the smartass governor. I usually OC it to 1.3 or lower with Tiamat. Overclocking profiles are also not need with the smartass governor as it under clocks the max automatically I believe when the screen is off. I keep most kernels at a max of 1.3 but you can probably go to 1.4-1.5 with other kernels if you want. Bring the OC back down if your phone is getting hot which is around 43º C (109 F)

I'm OC to 1.4 and at around 31c. No issues at all

Yea I am pretty sure this phone can be clocked high. It's different for every user though. I keep it around 1.3 on mine because it works the best for me.

1.2-1.4ghz is usually a good medium for battery life and performance.

battery life seems to depend on rom too.
