Please help me find my video files for the Droid Incredible 2

I want to share a video via an instant messenger, but I have no idea what my file names are or where they are. I tried a file manager, and I still can't find them. If I did, I have no idea what their names are.

They may be in sd/dcim/camera. And you can find the file name by going to the gallery, open the video & click details.

No matter what I push, no details come up for my videos. There's a play button, a full screen button, and and audio effects button. The button on the bottom of the phone only says select player.

Cam you hit the Menu button, if you have one, and get more options to pop up?

The one that I think is normally the menu button is the one that just gives you an option of which player to use for the video. It's the button on the bottom with three horizontal lines.
