My understanding is this means I'm currently "rooted".

Strange. Never rooted my phone. Hell, never had the need to and wouldn't know how to do it if I wanted to.

This showed up with my soak install of .246.

Has my Bionic lost it's mind?

Is there any app I can run to see if I am actually rooted?

Update* Ran Root Checker from the Play store and it says I'm NOT rooted.
q/e 1/1 still showing though.

They say it is root checker however if it is that it is wrong cause my droid 4 ,bionic,and razr all say that 2 of the 3 have never been rooted and were bought brand new not preowned so i tend to not believe it or it just don't work

The root checker is buggy. There are tons of people with the same situation as you. Hopefully VZW knows this.
