ROM that has Theme Manager and Blur?

Are there any ROMs for the Droid 2 that have the CM7 Theme manager and Blur parts? I'm interested in the Blur pieces just to tinker with since this is the first phone I have had that had blur on it.

Unfortunately there is not a ROM that meets your criteria. The theme manager is only on AOSP built ROMs like CM7.
