Speakerphone cuts in and out

Just got my nexus 6p last night. This morning I used the speakerphone briefly and tried again just now and it seems to crackle / cut in and out. This only happens on speaker... Seems to be OK otherwise and other party seems to have no problem hearing me even on speaker. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Welcome to the Forum @Btothedog, Sounds like it could be a hardware issue. I would contact Google and have the phone replaced..

I haven't used my speakerphone a ton, but I haven't noticed anything like this when I have used it, so I'd agree with Jeffrey.
