Theming velocity v0.3?

Is it okay to put metamorph themes on the velocity V0.3 rom? Trident said not to do any rom add ons, but I don't know if a theme is considered an add on or not.

Yes its fine. Running 0.3 myself with the Fry theme

Thanks for the input, I've been reading and figured out how to modify the themes and now I am stoked to do some cool stuff. I just don't plan on modifying anything other than text and colors and such.
