Tiamat kernel help

Can someone post a link to the download?
I haven't done anything with a custom kernel yet, but i'm trying to fix the low volume issue with cm7.

If I could get a link and instructions for how to install the kernel that would be awesome!

Nevermind.....did some searching and found what I needed.
